The Board of AWEX is made up of the following positions:

  • 1 Independent Chairperson appointed by Directors;
  • 1 Director elected by Large Broker Members;
  • 1 Director elected by Small Broker Members;
  • 1 Director elected by Exporter & Processor Members (holding 3 votes);
  • 1 Director elected by Private Treaty Merchant Members;
  • 1 Director elected by Grower Members; and
  • 1 Director appointed by Directors and ratified by WoolProducers. 

Underpinning the operations of the AWEX Board are a number of Committees that provide advice to the Board and Management of AWEX.
