Buyers or Processors of wool that wish to register complaints about deliveries where the contents of bales show clip preparation problems should complete the form below.

Examples of this would include:

  • Bales with extreme wool characteristic variations either within or between bales of the same sale lot;
  • Wool not meeting the original description or specification;
  • Wool pack faults;
  • Descriptions not matching documentation.

AWEX will investigate each issue and subject to the issue being proven will report the problem back to the seller and the woolclasser.
